Ubuntu Vmware Workstation Errors
As you know that with the development of windows 8, computer user who are using windows 8 they are facing large amount of problems by using windows 8. they got errors during software installations and some times the software can't be installed and they facing large amount of problems.
If you are using windows 8 and want to use "Ubuntu Vmware Workstation"and if you want to use windows XP on "Ubuntu Vmware Workstation"in a VM mode. then you got an large amount of errors these errors are because, you need to use another technology named as "Hyper-V" or "VM Player/Workstation".
yesterday i was also dealing with this major problem of "Ubuntu Vmware Workstation", that's why i plan to made this tutorial for those peoples who don't have a knowledge about this error and they want to resolve Vmware Hyper-V error.
Here are Some of the Steps to Fight with "Workstation Errors".
- First of all you need to open "Hyper-V" manager, and click on the stop services on the right panel of "Ubuntu Vmware Workstation".
- Now come to the "Elevated Command Prompt" and run and use the following commands below- described.
Ubuntu Vmware Workstation "Hyper-V" Error Commands:-
First Command :- (bcdedit /ser hypervisorlaunchtype off) After using this command it automatically disables at the Elevated Command Prompt. if you want to again enable "Hyper-V" then use this command.
(bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto)
You must have to reboot system to changes the effects.
