Blogger is a free CMS Platform which gives a free hosting and gives a free sub-domain like your-website.blogger.com, There are millions of Peoples who are using Blogger Platform as well, and they daily working on it, some peoples make blogs for just their interest and some of them are using blogger to earn money online, blogger is the second platform on internet like WordPress.

1st Step for Making Blog
You need a gmail account to make a blog, you can make that gmail account by going on www.gmail.com and signup for a mail account.
2nd Step for Making Blog
Go to www.Blogger.com, and click on the left side button "New Blog" as show in below picture, highlighted as a red box.
